Description

  • Guide all field operations for a 15,000 sq ft retail and tenant improvement renovation project in Columbus.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Partner with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Drive schedules, solve construction challenges, and maintain project momentum.
  • Create a positive, productive jobsite culture while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience leading retail, commercial, multifamily, senior living, or mixed-use construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain control of the jobsites.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, construction sequencing, safety, and quality management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with owners, architects, and trade partners.
  • Proactive, hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams and taking ownership of project outcomes.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from USD 110.000 to USD 125.000.
  • 15% bonus + ESOP, monthly vehicle allowance, comprehensive healthcare and, 401(k).
