What You"ll Do
As the Superintendent, you will serve as the field leader responsible for the daily execution and overall success of assigned construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all pre-construction planning activities, including:
Project schedules
Site logistics plans
Safety plans
Crisis management planning
Site-specific rules and procedures
Manage field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners throughout construction
Conduct daily huddles and weekly planning meetings to align teams and maintain project momentum
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site operations
Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules to meet project milestones
Partner with Project Managers to keep schedules, costs, and resources aligned
Support subcontractor selection, procurement efforts, and RFI management
Implement and maintain site-specific quality control plans
Ensure drawings, logs, inspection records, and project documentation remain accurate and current
Assist in maintaining As-Built documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Manage labor, material, and equipment resources to support budget performance
Review project costs, projections, and expenditures with the project team
Lead project closeout activities, including:
Punch list completion
Commissioning
Final inspections
Owner training and turnover
Champion Lean construction principles, Pull Planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Foster a strong safety culture through jobsite meetings, orientations, and proactive safety leadership
Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements
Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners

Required Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following project types:
Additional experience with Lean Construction methodologies, Pull Planning, and continuous improvement programs is highly valued.
