The company is known throughout the market for its strong values, attention to detail, quality construction, and commitment to doing things the right way.Job DescriptionResponsibilities Include:Lead all field operations on commercial construction projectsManage project schedules and drive milestone completionCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnelConduct daily site supervision and workforce planningEnsure strict compliance with contract documents, specifications, and project requirementsMaintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsiteEnforce OSHA standards and company safety policiesOversee quality control processes and ensure workmanship meets project specificationsReview and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical documentsIdentify and proactively resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budgetCoordinate inspections and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and public agenciesManage project documentation, reporting, and field paperworkLead project meetings and communicate progress updates to project stakeholdersDrive schedule recovery plans when necessaryEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
