GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Eastern North Carolina general contractor serving commercial, medical, education and government clients. The company is adding a Superintendent - Diverse Commercial Construction to its team in Benson, NC. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: 5+ years of diverse commercial superintendent experience.

Responsibilities

• Run commercial, medical, education and government projects across Eastern North Carolina
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
• Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
• Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of diverse commercial superintendent experience.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
