Work Environment
This role is based on site at a 1-megawatt solar field, working closely with a primary contractor on location. The Superintendent works in an outdoor construction environment, regularly moving around the site to observe and supervise work. The position is on site five days per week and is focused on oversight and coordination rather than physical labor. The work involves frequent interaction with subcontractors, the client, and internal project teams, and relies on construction management tools such as Procore to support documentation and communication. The environment reflects a dynamic, full-service clean energy development and EPC setting, offering exposure to solar, energy storage, EV charging, and grid-adjacent work, with a more stable workload than some traditional construction sectors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $49.00/hr.
