Description

The Superintendent - Demolition & Remediation will:

• Manage day-to-day field operations for demolition and remediation projects.
• Lead site crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate project logistics, site activities, and communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee demolition projects ranging from healthcare and multifamily facilities to public-sector work.
• Utilize construction management tools and documentation platforms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all project-specific regulations.
• Travel to project sites throughout Portland and Northern Maine.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Demolition & Remediation should have:

• Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Field Leader in construction.
• Demolition experience required.
• Strong background in the trades and field operations.
• Asbestos remediation experience is highly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• MA CSL license strongly preferred/required for certain projects.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in active construction environments.
