Superintendent
The Superintendent will report directly to Project Leadership and serve as the primary onsite leader responsible for safety, schedule execution, quality control, and field operations. The Superintendent will play a critical role in driving successful project delivery while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Lead all field operations, site personnel, and day-to-day construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules.
- Direct subcontractor performance and facilitate coordination meetings to ensure alignment across all trades.
- Champion jobsite safety while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
- Anticipate and mitigate project challenges, resolving field issues before they impact project performance.
- Act as the primary onsite representative with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and other key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents while supporting project logistics, documentation, commissioning, and turnover activities.

For the Superintendent we are seeking:
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, healthcare, or advanced technology construction projects.
- Previous data center or mission-critical construction experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success delivering fast-paced projects while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, pull planning, look-ahead scheduling, logistics coordination, and field execution.
- Advanced ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Experience utilizing project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred, along with additional safety training or credentials.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative project environment.
