Job Description
What you'll do as a Superintendent:
- Lead all field operations as the project Superintendent from mobilization through closeout
- Independently manage a $90M Data Center retrofit project with minimal oversight
- Supervise Assistant Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Coordinate all construction activities, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work
- Manage shutdowns, tie-ins, outages, and upgrades within active Data Center environments
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Partner with Project Managers and clients to resolve field issues and keep projects on track
- Oversee inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading commercial construction projects
- Proven experience independently leading projects
- Experience leading medium to large-scale construction projects
- Strong experience supervising Assistant Superintendents and field personnel
- Previous Data Center Superintendent experience strongly preferred
- Experience delivering Data Center retrofit, renovation, densification, or infrastructure upgrade projects
- Experience working in live, occupied, and mission-critical Data Center environments
- Background in base building construction preferred, including: site utilities, steel, concrete
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and MEP coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Experience utilizing Procore or similar construction management software
- OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain prior to start
