Job Description

The Superintendent - Data Center - NoVA will:

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for a large-scale mission-critical project.
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, and daily operations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant superintendents and field staff.
  • Drive project execution with minimal oversight while maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and problem-solving efforts to keep work progressing efficiently.
  • Oversee base building construction activities including site utilities, earthwork, structural steel, and concrete operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams throughout construction.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Data Center - NoVA will receive:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects independently.
  • Proven ability to lead medium to large-scale projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Experience supervising assistant superintendents and field personnel.
  • Strong background in base building construction, including sitework, earthwork, utilities, steel, and concrete scopes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to proactively resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Experience with mission-critical, healthcare, or complex commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
