Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics. Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications. Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring efforts alignment.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a construction superintendent with a strong background on mission-critical facilities projects. Demonstrated ability to lead field teams, solve complex construction challenges, and drive project execution. Skilled in interpreting construction drawings, project schedules, and technical specifications. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Flexible and willing to travel extensively, with the ability to remain assigned to project sites for extended durations.
