Luxury Custom Home Superintendent

A respected custom home builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from start to finish. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and jobsite coordination
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards
• Review plans, specifications, and construction details
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and project milestones
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Communicate with homeowners, architects, designers, and project management
• Manage punch lists and final project completion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• Proven experience building luxury custom homes
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
