Description
The Superintendent - Custom Homes will:
- Manage day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and site logistics.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
- Drive projects forward while maintaining schedule and budget expectations.
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership and project stakeholders.
- Lead construction efforts on high-end residential projects throughout MetroWest and the greater Boston suburbs.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
Profile
A successful Superintendent - Custom Homes should have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent on custom residential projects.
- Proven background building high-end custom homes.
- Stable work history with demonstrated project tenure.
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience delivering quality-driven residential projects from start to finish.
Job Offer
