Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from project startup through completion
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project success
- Maintain project schedules while driving quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants
- Lead daily site operations and proactively resolve field challenges
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial, hospitality, country club, or high-end construction projects
- Stable work history with reputable general contractors
- Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
- Experience managing multiple trades and maintaining project timelines
- Country club experience preferred; hospitality or high-end commercial experience also highly desirable
- Flexible and adaptable professional with experience across multiple project types

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
