Superintendent-Construction

• Manage daily field operations for luxury residential and/or commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate trade sequencing
• Ensure construction follows plans, specifications, quality standards, and design requirements
• Monitor workmanship and hold subcontractors accountable for quality and productivity
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and client/design team
• Identify and resolve field conflicts and construction issues
• Monitor jobsite safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Conduct progress walks and quality-control inspections
• Coordinate inspections and required municipal approvals
• Track project progress and communicate updates to the PM/team
• Manage punch-list completion and project closeout
• Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other project stakeholders
