Construction Superintendent

Our client is a highly respected commercial general contractor with a strong presence throughout Central Florida. Job Description

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations proactively.
Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and daily reports.

The Successful Applicant

Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
