Superintendent - Construction - Greenwich

Our client is an established luxury residential builder specializing in ground-up custom homes, estate residences, and architect-driven construction throughout Fairfield County. Build premier ground-up custom homes$120K-$160K base with long-term growth 5+ years of Superintendent or residential field leadership experience.

As a Superintendent - Construction - Greenwich, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects
• Overseeing projects from excavation and foundations through framing, interiors, and final turnover
• Supervising subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel
• Coordinating foundation, structural steel, wood framing, and MEP activities
• Managing project schedules and driving critical milestones
• Coordinating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, interior designers, and homeowners
• Reviewing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Managing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, tile, flooring, and specialty finishes
• Coordinating subcontractor sequencing, material deliveries, and site logistics
• Conducting quality-control inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Identifying and resolving field issues before they impact schedule or quality
• Maintaining daily reports and project documentation
• Managing punch-list completion and homeowner turnover
• Enforcing jobsite safety and OSHA requirements

Build premier ground-up custom homes$120K-$160K base with long-term growth

• 5+ years of Superintendent or residential field leadership experience
• Strong custom home or luxury residential construction experience
• Experience with ground-up construction strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following:
  • Excavation and sitework
  • Foundations
  • Underpinning
  • Structural steel
  • Wood framing
• Ability to oversee construction from early structural phases through high-end finishes
• Experience with custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, tile, and luxury finish packages
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Proven subcontractor management and scheduling experience
• Experience working alongside architects, designers, engineers, and homeowners
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
