Job Description
- Manage daily site operations for commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Monitor safety, quality, and project progress on site
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve field issues
- Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Commercial Renovations should have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Commercial construction experience required
- Knowledge of renovations, tenant improvements, or ground-up projects
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
