Job Description
- Manage 1-2 commercial interior or renovation projects concurrently from site mobilization through close-out
- Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and in-house labor to maintain schedule, quality, and site safety
- Lead phased construction in occupied environments, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations
- Oversee daily site logistics, inspections, material deliveries, and cleanliness
- Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, including written delay notifications and updates
- Support light carpentry, protection, and site tasks as needed to keep projects running smoothly
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, life-safety requirements, and ADA standards

The Successful Applicant
- A successful Central Maine Superintendent should have:
- Experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior or renovation projects (1-10M)
- Ability to manage multiple short-duration projects (6-12 months) simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of interior build-outs, renovations, and building systems upgrades
- Comfortable working in occupied buildings and coordinating phased construction
- Computer-savvy with the ability to communicate professionally via email and project systems
- Flexible, hands-on mindset suited to a small, growing contractor
