• Lead daily field operations across commercial interior construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
• Drive project schedules and proactively identify potential delays
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate field execution
• Coordinate multiple trades while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Identify field challenges early and bring practical solutions to the project team
• Work closely with Project Managers to maintain schedule, quality, and client expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safety-focused jobsite
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Oversee punch lists, inspections, turnover, and final project closeout

• Superintendent experience within commercial interiors, renovations, or build-outs
• Strong knowledge of interior construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Proven ability to independently manage day-to-day jobsite operations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients and subcontractors
• Quality-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on projects throughout the Maryland market
