Job Description
Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interiors projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, material deliveries, and site logistics. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant
7-8+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Experience delivering interiors projects including office, retail, restaurant, or medical spaces. Background working for small to mid-sized contractors preferred. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Proven ability to take projects from start-up through completion.
What's on Offer
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 + benefits. Annual bonus opportunity of 5-10% plus $500/month vehicle and cell allowance. Healthcare coverage with approximately 90% of premiums paid by the employer and 401(k) with 4% match.
