Requirements Experience managing interior construction projects as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role. Background in commercial interior renovations and tenant improvement projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to drive accountability and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on schedule. Highly motivated, proactive, and dependable professional. Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a dynamic environment. Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites throughout the region.
