We are seeking a Superintendent - Interiors to oversee commercial interior construction projects throughout the Charlotte region. Description

  • Manage and oversee interior construction projects ranging from approximately $500K to $2M.
  • Lead projects within Class A office, healthcare, and retail interiors.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards.
  • Promote and enforce jobsite safety procedures and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and trade partners.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
  • Support successful project delivery across Charlotte, Huntersville, Spartanburg, and surrounding markets within a 1-2 hour radius of Charlotte.
  • Ensure occupied renovation projects are executed with minimal disruption to clients and building occupants.

  • Background in commercial interior renovations and tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to drive accountability and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on schedule.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and dependable professional.
  • Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites throughout the region.
