Job Description
The Superintendent will:
- Manage day-to-day field operations under the direction of senior field leadership.
- Coordinate subcontractors, work sequencing, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure all work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Enforce jobsite safety requirements and actively participate in safety meetings and audits.
- Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and schedule updates.
- Support project inspections and coordinate the correction of deficiencies.
- Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities.
- Communicate field progress, risks, and issues with project management and field leadership teams.
- Mentor and support junior field personnel and trade foremen.
- Take ownership of smaller projects as experience and performance allow.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of construction field experience.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing daily field activities.
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety, quality control, and scheduling.
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and trade partners.
- Experience maintaining project documentation, logs, and reports.
