This GC is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Southern Nevada. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Lead all field operations on ground-up and tenant improvement commercial projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules and site logistics plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
- Enforce safety standards and quality control measures
- Manage owner, architect, and subcontractor relationships in the field
- Drive projects through successful completion and turnover
Profile
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to proactively solve problems and maintain project momentum
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and maintaining project schedules
- Familiarity with Southern Nevada construction practices is preferred
