Job Description

Lead all on-site construction activities across assigned projects. Coordinate trade partners, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to support project execution. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Manage project schedules and drive progress to meet key milestones. Monitor budgets and resource utilization to support successful project delivery. Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control processes. Maintain and enforce job-site safety standards and compliance requirements. Collaborate closely with estimating and project management teams in a team-based delivery environment. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Represent the organization professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent, or 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent. Proven experience leading construction projects valued at $20M+. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, quality assurance, and site operations. Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and ownership. Experience delivering K-12 education, higher education, municipal, office, or healthcare projects.
