• Lead all on-site construction activities across assigned projects.
• Coordinate trade partners, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to support project execution.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Manage project schedules and drive progress to meet key milestones.
• Monitor budgets and resource utilization to support successful project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control processes.
• Maintain and enforce job-site safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with estimating and project management teams in a team-based delivery environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Represent the organization professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent, or 5 to 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Proven experience leading construction projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, quality assurance, and site operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and ownership.
• Experience delivering K-12 education, higher education, municipal, office, or healthcare projects.
