    Project Manager – Commercial Construction

    Location: Rhode Island / Southeastern Massachusetts Region
    Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + strong benefits + growth opportunity

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
    • Manage site safety, quality control, schedule, and subcontractor performance
    • Coordinate all trades to maintain production and sequencing
    • Conduct daily site meetings and communicate priorities clearly
    • Ensure work is completed per plans, specifications, and company standards
    • Partner with Project Managers on schedules, procurement, and problem-solving
    • Maintain daily reports, look-aheads, and site documentation
    • Drive punch list completion and successful turnover
    Qualifications
    • 5–10 years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction
    • Experience overseeing vertical building, renovation, or fit-out projects
    • Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills
    • Deep understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality standards
    • Ability to lead teams with professionalism and accountability
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
    • OSHA certification preferred
