Description
- Lead and manage daily onsite construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project logistics.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents for constructability and accuracy.
- Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with the project management team.
- Maintain high standards for quality control and jobsite safety.
- Identify potential issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality.
- Manage site documentation, daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and other project records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Profile
- Experience working on a mix of commercial projects such as office, retail, healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial, institutional, or similar.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain control of a busy jobsite.
- OSHA 30 and/or relevant safety qualifications preferred.
- Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred.
