Description

The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and maintaining safety protocols.

Description

  • Lead and manage daily onsite construction activities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project logistics.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Review plans, specifications, and project documents for constructability and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with the project management team.
  • Maintain high standards for quality control and jobsite safety.
  • Identify potential issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality.
  • Manage site documentation, daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and other project records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Profile

  • Experience working on a mix of commercial projects such as office, retail, healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial, institutional, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain control of a busy jobsite.
  • OSHA 30 and/or relevant safety qualifications preferred.
  • Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred.
