Job Description
Direct project planning and construction execution activities, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule and within approved budget parameters.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate communication and keep projects moving forward.
Maintain compliance with all applicable building codes, industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Monitor construction quality, safety performance, and project deliverables to ensure work meets company and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant
Experience managing and delivering clean room construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proven ability to oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring successful project delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges quickly and effectively in projects of such nature.
