Lead daily field operations for assigned healthcare construction scopes on a major hospital project. Oversee construction activities within highly technical clinical spaces, including imaging, intake, and sterile processing areas. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain safety, quality, and schedule objectives. Manage work sequencing and site logistics within a large joint venture project environment. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery. Drive schedule performance and proactively identify and resolve field issues. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and healthcare construction standards. Support project execution through completion while maintaining strong communication across the project team.

Must-Have Qualifications: Superintendent or Senior Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Healthcare construction experience on hospital, medical office building (MOB), or similar healthcare projects. Experience managing complex field operations and coordinating multiple subcontractors. Ability to work effectively within large project teams and structured reporting environments. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience: Experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects valued at $100M+. Previous experience working within a joint venture construction environment. Familiarity with highly technical healthcare spaces and critical facility construction. Local knowledge of the Carolinas construction market.
