Job Details

Five or more years of construction field supervision experience
Ground-up commercial construction experience
Experience leading projects from site mobilization through final turnover
Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, manpower, deliveries, and site logistics
Ability to develop and maintain master schedules, short-interval plans, and look-ahead schedules
Working knowledge of structural, architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
Responsibility for jobsite safety planning, enforcement, documentation, and corrective action
Responsibility for quality control, constructability reviews, punch-list completion, and project closeout
Daily documentation of jobsite activity, progress, workforce, safety, weather, and field conditions
Coordination with owners, design professionals, project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal support teams
Resolution of field conflicts, scope gaps, sequencing issues, and constructability challenges
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and digital construction management platforms
Strong leadership, communication, organization, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills
OSHA training and current First Aid/CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to assigned project locations
Ability to work in active construction environments and perform the physical functions required for field supervision
