Job Description
The Superintendent will:
- Lead all on-site construction activities for base building projects ranging from approximately $10M-$40M.
- Oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, project schedules, safety, and quality control.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage industrial, warehouse, tilt-wall, and other commercial construction projects throughout the DMV region.
- Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field challenges to maintain progress.
- Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools including Procore, PlanGrid, and Newforma.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget expectations.
- Support successful project closeout and turnover activities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Approximately 15 years of construction experience.
- Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Ability to independently lead field operations with limited oversight.
- Experience managing projects valued at $3M+.
- Strong scheduling, coordination, subcontractor management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout a 75-mile radius of the Manassas, VA area.
