Description

  • Lead daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain productivity and project momentum.
  • Develop and manage look-ahead schedules, trade sequencing, and site logistics plans.
  • Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and audits while ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Oversee project punch lists, quality control initiatives, and successful project closeout activities.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, trade coordination, and field operations.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Demonstrates leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a team-focused approach.
