The Externals Group is partnering with a leading building envelope contractor specializing in large-scale institutional, industrial, and commercial projects, with a strong presence in Austin managing multi-million-dollar commercial roofing projects.

As Superintendent, you'll oversee daily operations across commercial roofing job sites, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate on-site crews
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitor progress, inspect installations, and resolve issues
• Maintain site organization and enforce quality control standards

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
