We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee the field execution of ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Ardmore area. This role will be responsible for managing all on-site operations from site development through final turnover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Manage all phases of construction, including sitework, foundations, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, MEP systems, and interior finishes.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct daily site walks and ensure work is progressing according to schedule.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across the jobsite.
- Monitor quality control and ensure all work complies with project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to achieve budget and schedule goals.
- Identify and resolve field challenges while minimizing impacts to project delivery.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations.
- Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and construction documentation.
- Oversee punch list completion, commissioning activities, and project closeout.
Profile
A successful Building and Construction Superintendent should have:
- 2+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Proven success leading ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $5M+.
- Strong knowledge of site development, concrete, structural steel, and commercial building systems.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex project schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Working knowledge of scheduling software and construction management platforms.
- OSHA 30 Certification required or ability to obtain.
- Strong understanding of quality control, safety compliance, and project sequencing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
