Key Responsibilities
Reporting to senior operations leadership, the
Project Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead day-to-day field operations for multifamily and podium construction projects.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage site documentation, reporting, and project records.
- Coordinate inspections and maintain quality control throughout the construction process.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.
Profile
The Successful Applicant
For the
Project Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction.
- Proven experience delivering multifamily, podium, wood-frame, or mixed-use residential projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage field teams effectively.
- Experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Knowledge of construction documentation, inspections, and quality control processes.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Strong computer skills and experience using construction management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
