Superintendent

We're partnering with a commercial construction company and conducting a search for a Superintendent. If you have experience overseeing ground-up and renovation projects and want to join a company with steady work in the Capital Region, this could be a great opportunity.

Position Details:

Title: Superintendent (Commercial Construction)

Location: Albany, NY (all projects within 1 hour)

Compensation: $90K to $135K base + bonus + company vehicle and full tech package

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all onsite construction activities for commercial projects ranging from $500K to $50M
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and job site safety
• Ensure quality control and coordinate inspections
• Work closely with Project Managers and trade partners to deliver projects on time and within budget

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years of superintendent or construction leadership experience

• Background in both ground-up and renovation projects

• Strong knowledge of architectural trades; broad understanding of all trades is a plus

• Comfortable leading field crews

• Proficient with MS Office; Procore experience is a plus
