Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Oversee daily site activities to keep construction work aligned with project plans. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to maintain steady project progress. Review work completed on site and address issues that affect quality or timing. Monitor project schedules and communicate updates to the construction department. Maintain site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and activity logs. Coordinate deliveries and site access to keep work areas ready for planned activities. Promote safe work practices across the job site and address site safety concerns. Work with project stakeholders to resolve day-to-day construction matters.
