Training Pay: $18.00/hour guaranteed
Production-Based Pay After Training
Current production pay averages $25.00/hour

Must have no unexcused absences within the first 90 days

Position Summary

Safely load and unload stock from inbound trailers while using a scanner to maintain accurate inventory control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Load and unload trailers accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Sort and place materials according to organizational standards.

Use computerized scanning systems to track inventory and maintain inventory accuracy.

Assist with physical inventory counts as needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Keep warehouse and work areas orderly at all times.

Wear and utilize required safety equipment.

Properly operate hand trucks, 4-wheel dollies, and pallet jacks.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Regularly use hands and arms to handle, move, and position materials.

Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

Regularly lift and move items weighing 50-200 lbs.

Occasionally lift and move items weighing more than 200 lbs.

Ability to perform duties requiring close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
