As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for
Mow, edge, weed, trim shrubs, and help maintain landscaping throughout apartment communities
Assist with seasonal property clean-up and debris removal
Sweep, clean, and disinfect vacant units to prepare them for new residents
Support apartment muck outs and help prepare units for turnover
Paint apartments and touch up common areas as needed
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude
Basic experience in landscaping and/or painting (helpful, but not required)
