As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeepert, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our apartment communities. Youll work closely with your team to ensure the properties are welcoming, well-kept, and ready for new residents.
What You'll Do
As a Summer Multi-Family Groundskeeper & Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Mowing, edging, weed removal, and shrub trimming to keep landscaping pristine
- Assisting with seasonal property clean-up and debris removal
- Sweeping, cleaning, and disinfecting vacant units to prepare them for new residents
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the day
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude
- Basic experience in landscaping and/or painting (helpful but not required)
