Grow Your Skills, Grow Your Potential

Responsibilities

The Agency Channel Performance Strategy team is dedicated to transforming our approach by setting clear priorities and identifying shared outcomes with our business partners. We work under a comprehensive framework for creating Agent Channel strategies and setting unified priorities. Our Relationship Managers will act as single points of contact, aligning closely with key business area stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective collaborations. To support data-driven decision-making, we have dedicated data and measurement teams. Additionally, our Program Management efforts will be seamlessly integrated across all Channel Performance teams, and at times, will align with Agency Learning to support our overarching Agent Channel Strategy.

As a Strategic Alignment & Insights Intern, you will contribute to work focused on improving how teams collaborate, align priorities, and partner across the organization. You’ll have opportunities to apply analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills to real business challenges while gaining exposure to multiple teams and roles across Strategic Alignment & Insights and Agency Channel Performance.

Your work may include conducting discovery to understand how programs, subprograms, and workstreams collaborate with one another and with business partners; gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information; and identifying trends, friction points, duplication, and opportunities for improvement.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, learn how strategic priorities are translated into coordinated action, and help turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Through this work, you’ll contribute to an executive-ready assessment designed to help teams strengthen partnerships, work more effectively together, and make the best use of their time and resources.
