In this role, the SUD Engagement Supervisor will manage the CRS team as they provide services for patients with substance use disorders. The position monitors CRS performance, partners with CRS to solve barriers to patient recovery and ensure the CRS team delivers on improving recovery support services. This position will also manage the CRS teams daily workflows, staffing coordination, hiring, processes, and compliance.

    Education

    High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

    Associate''s Degree Preferred

    Experience

    2 years lived experience in D&A Recovery Required

    General Experience with Electronic Medical Records Required

    2 years prior work/volunteer experience as a Recovery Specialist Preferred

    General Experience supervising staff or managing workflow in a behavioral health or addiction setting Preferred

    Licenses
