SuccessFactors Integration Specialist

The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems, including legacy systems and external vendors. At least 7 years of experience as a Data Migration & Integration Specialist, covering all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integration.

Position Description:


Seeking a full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist with production support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system. The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems, including legacy systems and external vendors.


Required Skills

1. At least 7 years of experience as a Data Migration & Integration Specialist, covering all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integration.
   
   
2. Experience leading data migration, interface, and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
   
   
3. Participation in data migration, interfaces, and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations and production support.
   
   
4. Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI.
   
   
5. Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
   
   
6. Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
   
   
7. Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.

2. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
   
   
3. Ability to discuss and direct data-related tasks with non-technical team members.
   
   
4. Ability to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
   
   
5. Strong teaching skills and a desire to mentor staff responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
   
   
6. ABAP programming experience.
