Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Shift Lead at Subway 9052. The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shift
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Train and mentor new team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:
