Substitute JobID: 978 Position Type: SubstituteDate Posted: 10/6/2026Location: Various within the District Additional Information: Show/HideTulsa Tech is hiring part-time substitute teachers for classroom assignments at our campus locations, as well as, off-site partner high schools within the district. Salary Schedule: Standard rate schedule for non-regular (temporary, adjunct, substitute) and regular part-time employees / $15 per hour. FLSA Qualification: Non-exempt Reports To: Campus Director; Assistant Campus Director Supervises: None Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Shift: Days; must have flexible schedule. Position Purpose: Educate and train students to gain skills, knowledge and behaviors and support their successful entry into the workplace or higher education, in a manner that supports the program within industry and the community and is consistent with District Core Values. Provide instruction and effectively manage the classroom in the absence of the full-time instructor.Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance as required by District policy and certification agencies.Adhere to the daily routine, classroom procedures and schedule provided by the full-time instructor.Demonstration effective people skills, communications skills and professionalism.Maintain dependable attendance and timely arrival in accordance with scheduled work hours.Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
