What You’ll Do

• Lead classrooms across elementary, middle, and high schools
  

• Serve in diverse settings—including public districts, charter schools, private academies, and Catholic schools
  

• Follow detailed lesson plans, manage student engagement, and maintain a safe, supportive environment
  

• Adapt quickly to different school cultures and grade levels
  

• Share feedback with HelloSubs and partner schools to help us continuously improve
  

Who You Are

• A current or aspiring K–12 educator eager to gain or share hands-on classroom experience
  

• Pursuing (or holding) a teaching credential, degree, or equivalent experience
  

• Passionate about supporting student learning and school communities
  

• Dependable, organized, and confident managing classrooms of varied ages
  

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute within the Austin metro area
  

What We Offer

• $110–$160 + per day, based on assignment complexity and grade level

Requirements

• Preferred: ≥ 1 year of K–12 teaching or substitute experience (less considered)
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 60 college credit hours required
  

• Teaching license/substitute certification helpful but not mandatory
  

• U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation within Austin metro
