Pay Rate: $105 / day

Schedule: Flexible (Part-Time / On-Call)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow lesson plans left by the primary classroom teacher.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and productive learning environment.
• Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, and designated school areas.
• Encourage student engagement and foster positive teacher-student interactions.
• Leave notes or summary reports for the returning primary teacher.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (College coursework or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Certification: Valid Substitute Teaching Certificate, OR the ability/eligibility to obtain one upon hire. (We can guide you through the application process!)
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a desire to help students succeed.
