Fingerprinting Requirement Fingerprinting is mandatory upon acceptance during the unfinalized stage and must be reviewed and approved before proceeding to a finalized contract. Identogo fingerprinting information is available on your Covendis main dashboard under the 'Files & Documents' section. Please ensure all submitted information is correct. If the agency cannot receive the results due to incorrect information, your candidate will not be able to move forward.
