Substitute Preschool Teacher Assistant

Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment while following licensing guidelines alongside a Lead Teacher in a preschool classroom. We are seeking an energetic and engaging Substitute Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 30 college credits from an accredited college or university
• Valid New Jersey Substitute Teacher Credential (or eligible to obtain one)
• Experience working with preschool-age children preferred
• Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances
• Ability to follow licensing, safety and best practice guidelines
• Excellent communication skills 

Schedule:

• 6.5-hour workday
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• 6.0 paid hours per day

Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour
• $108.00 per full day worked
