confidentiality GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Substitute paraeducators work in Kindergarten - Grade 12 classrooms in a variety of settings, including Special

Education,

Lunchroom

Supervisor,

and

Library

Media

Technician/In

School-Suspension,

on

an

on-call

basis.

Work

is

based

on

employee

absenteeism

and

there

are

no

guaranteed

hours

or

benefits.

The

paraeducator

tutors

students,

monitors

and

models

behavior,

and

performs

clerical

duties

such

as

typing

and

copying

materials.

an

basis

throughout

the

school
